It is all about the grade A testosterone

The mag is moving slowly towards completion like a heffa in a three legged race. I wish I knew how to put an ice cream on a string to make her move faster but alas no sweet temptations in sight.
The DVD is at the duplicators, the website is in slow construction and my eyes are slowly taking on that manic glow... Bark Magazine is a passion, a boyfriend and at the moment a petulant child that teaches me to laugh at bubbles, cry at the sad parts of bambi and most of all be faithful and patient in the times when cartoons and bubble don't hit the spot.

So weekend news was:

1. the introduction of Jamie who (if you don't know you should) the best looking "it" boy of melbourne. The boy pranced into my life like out of a dream and swept Bark into his dainty little arms and they instantly feel in love.

2. Hot BBQ - which was pretty much beefed up boys in wife beaters, women with enlarged chest and low cut tops and an excuse to dance excess beer guts off to the best dance music to hit town. Highlights were of course grand master flash!!!!! We are fans and the scientist of modern music who had my sweat glands working over time as i danced up a dust storm

Highlights of the week:

1. getting the final copy of the mag printed on paper sprawled out on my bed and shining like a glow stick at a new years eve rave party

2. Sending the DVD off for duplication like a child at it's first day at school

Low lights:

1. The tot closing down ( You were the wind beneath my wings)
Back to work
Peace out A town

About two years late

I have come to the horrible realization that I tend to be late for almost everything... not so bad when it's for that oh so wonderful job as a paper slave to a cleaning company... in the grand scheme of things that I can forgive... but there are things one should never be late for example include:
1. The Libertines... (I was about two years late for that band, Pete was a far gone junkie by the time I cottoned on)
2. I was late for peanut butter M'n'M's (those things are genius in a packet)
3. Scrunchies (never try to wear anything hideously 80's in the 90's it always results in social pain)
4. Freaking tickets to Animal collective, big day out and probably next years splendour in the grass
5. and now the whole existence of 696 gallery.
Last night I went to what I found out to be the closing of the gallery 696 on Sydney Road in Melbourne which was packed for the last time to the point under arm hair was unavoidable and disco pashes were rife in the air (I blame it on the pheromones...). Melbourne herald out a galley pack with some of the best artist south of the boarder with a tear, free beer and wine out of a silver pillow. If you weren't there... too bad ... would try and comfort you with the words that there will be next time but this time it turns out that's all she wrote...
Peace

The genesis of it all

Bark Magazine is near to completion and though the race is near over I am sweating like a whore at mid night and the finish line is so close I can almost touch the bastard that actuality seems so far that I almost feel I am traveling with lead filled Nikes.
Bark magazine is going to be out in Feb it will hit store hopefully in the same vein as a Rick James crack infested slap or a scrag fight between Britney and Lady Gaga... but until here are just snippets and tid bits...

Kudos and love crumbs
